Abdallah Shriners are oriented toward family. Our ladies and families are our inspiration to do the great works we do.

We sponsor many activities and events each year that are focused on the children of Shriners and the community. Whether it be our annual Easter Egg Hunt or Trunk or Treat or any of our other great events, kids are our focus, whether they be patients of the Shriners Hospitals or just want to have a bit of fun with us.

Children have opportunities to get in on Shriners fun by participating in groups like DeMolay International, International Order of Job’s Daughters and the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls.

Job's Daughters has a rich heritage and tradition. The group was founded in 1920 to provide an opportunity for young women to work together, to learn about themselves and to help others. Job's Daughters is open to girls ages 10 to 20 who have a Masonic Heritage. We do not follow any specific religion, but do require that our members have a belief in God.

For over 90 years, Job's Daughters has been actively promoting friendship and service. The organization was founded by Mrs. Ethel T. Wead Mick in Omaha, Nebraska. The group takes its name from the Book of Job, and in particular to a reference in the 42nd Chapter that says, "And in all the land were no women found so fair as the Daughters of Job."

Meetings follow a long tradition of order. The Officers wear traditional Grecian robes, symbols of democracy and equality, provided by the Bethel. Other members wear dresses to meetings. Meetings are held twice a month. Programs are planned and conducted by the members with the help of adult volunteers.

To become a Job's Daughter does not involve an embarrassing ritual or test of courage. Initiations are solemn, meaningful ceremonies presented by Bethel Officers. Parents are welcome at initiations and all of the meetings.

To be a member of Job's Daughters is to be part of a group that promotes friendship among young women and confidence in themselves. As a member you will learn skills that will help you throughout your life. You will become part of an organization that serves the community. Most importantly, you will have fun.

DeMolay is the premier youth leadership organization building young men of character and dedicated to making young men better people and leaders. Providing a program based on timeless principles and practical experience, DeMolay strives to not only create the extraordinary leader, but a leader of character. DeMolays hold themselves to a higher moral standard, striving to constantly improve and be better each and every day.

DeMolay is a youth-led, adult-advised organization in which young men learn to plan, organize, and facilitate their own programs. DeMolays take part in a wide-range of activities, from athletic competitions, to public speaking tournaments, to community service events. All activities are guided by the interests of the local chapter. If you can dream it, you can do it in DeMolay.

DeMolay provides endless fun and friendships that last a lifetime, even with such a serious mission. When a young man joins DeMolay, he instantly gains over four million brothers across the globe. No youth organization provides such life-changing experiences like DeMolay.

But words are insufficient to describe DeMolay; it must be experienced. Give it a chance and we know you will discover what we already know; DeMolay is the greatest youth organization in the world.
